Persons 18 years and over are responsible for keeping their immunization updated, as required, at a Health Centre or through a private medical practitioner.
- Required vaccines: Requirements for vaccines in young adults may vary, for instance, entrance into University or work requirements for traveling to foreign countries where certain vaccines will be needed.
- Elderly: As persons age, their immune system weakens, and this makes the elderly more prone to getting sick or developing diseases. Persons over 65 should speak to their healthcare practitioner about keeping up-to-date with their vaccines.
