How to be a mental fitness champion:

  • Prioritise Your Mental Wellness - Take proactive steps to prioritise your mental health and your overall well-being.

  • Access Trainings Regularly - It’s important as a Mental Fitness Champion to stay updated on the best practices for positive community mental health.

  • Practice Mental Fitness Exercises - Engage in:
    • mindfulness
    • meditation 
    • journaling
    • and other exercises 

  • You can also enjoy other activities to promote your mental health such as:
    • playing a musical instrument
    • learning to play the pan or joining a steelband
    • going to the arcade or movies with friends
       
  • Join a Community or start your own!
    Connect with other mental fitness champions who are committed to improving your community mental health and supporting each other on their journey.
